One of many kinds of kibbeh widely spread in the Middle East. The rice kibbeh is known by many as the Iraqi kibbeh as it is widely spread just there. This kind is distinguished by using rice instead of bulgur (cracked wholemeal wheat) for the preparation of batter for the outer coat and parsley is added into the filling.
Rice kibbeh is fried immersed in oil for several minutes and then it is served with other meals. Galaxxy Food produces this kind according to the traditional Iraqi recipe without any use of preservatives.
